TKD Senior National Team Trials

Over the Easter weekend the TKD Senior National Team Trials were held in Ottawa. While there is some really great fighting going on, it is impossible to take any action shots. The natural lighting in the building is limited to a few windows on the ceiling (that particular day was also overcast) and the rest of the lighting is flourescent. Any suggestions on how to get some quality pictures of some awesome fighting?
