I don’t know the name of this flower, but it smells heavenly, like vanilla...

I like the smell it produces when in full blossom.
There are many trees Frangipani trees around my village. These are actually grown in temples, specifically temples on hillocks. Amazing flowers.
We(children) would play with these big flowers by folding the petals on the floral stem just like a ring, wearing it all thru the day!! Amazing memories with it. Thanks for making me revisit it.

Beautiful. I grew up with a couple of plumeria trees in my yard in Hawaii. The fragrance is indeed heavenly. And the blossoms come in various shades of yellow, pink and orange. My favorites are the pale yellows. We used to make leis out of them (flower garlands). They are quite poisonous. I would probably eat them if they weren't, they smell so good.

Very good shot, lovely flower, maybe it could be better if you could move closer (or crop it), capturing the detail of 'the starfish like' line on the flower (I don't know the propert term for it. lol)

Definitely plumeria. I love the form of these flowers and wish they grew near me so I could take their pictures forever. Also they have such a fabulous smell!
